The title says it all: easy, healthy, salmon.
Ingredient: individual wrapped, portion size 5-7oz wild Alaskan sockeye salmon from Costco, avocado oil, salt and pepper.
Step 1. Thaw in fridge overnight, or put the bag in cold water for 20-30 minutes (cook immediately after). Cook 1 as snack or more for dinner.
Step 2. Use kitchen scissors to cut the fish into 1″ cubes. Sprinkle with the salt and pepper. Toss.
Step 3. Heat stainless steel sauce pan (I used 1 quart for 1 portion of fish), add about 1/4″ of oil in the pan. Turn to medium heat.
Step 4. Add fish, skin side down. Cover and cook for 4-5 minutes. No need to flip.
Step 5. Enjoy 🙂
