Let your Instant Pot work for 60 minutes. Your part takes about five minutes. Sounds good? Give it a try!
I tried Pork Shoulder Butt Steak Bone-In (or boneless), pork shanks, Beef Chuck Roast Boneless (bone-in or boneless), and beef shanks. They’re all good.
- Put the meat (2lb-3lb) into the instant pot. Add enough water to over the meat, spices (whatever you use for meat, like rosemary, basil, thyme, parsley, sage etc). Choose “meat”, “more” for 60 minutes. Then natural release.
2. Remove the pork to a big mixing bowl, remove bones if any. Shred it with a fork.
3. Mix with your favorite BBQ sauce. My choice is Triple Crown Organic BBQ Sauce (bought from Wholefoods). Kids tested several brands and this was their pick.
4. Load the meat inside Sourdough Flatbread and enjoy!
