This free item is for 1 dash seeds (1/8″ teaspoon). 

These 7-inch long carrots produce well, even in heavy soil. They are crisp, sweet, and delicious, and ready in as little as 65 days. They can be planted as early as 3 weeks before the last frost, and every 2 weeks for a continuous harvest.

Carrot seeds are a cool weather crop best sown directly in the garden in early spring or late fall. Like many root vegetables, non-GMO Danvers carrot does not transplant well and should be directly sown. Plant 2-3 Danvers seeds ¼” deep and 1-2″ apart in very loose, well-tilled, and well-drained garden soil in full sun. Seeds germinate in 14-21 days, thinning back to 1 plant every 2″ as true leaves establish. Avoid using nitrogen-rich vegetable garden fertilizers which are known to cause carrot growth abnormalities.

Shipping:

We will use #10 envelopes to mail free items via USPS to the US fifty states only. Envelopes will be mailed as letters– no tracking available. We will email the shipping confirmation when the order is shipped.  We are located in the Chicago suburb so if you don’t receive the item in 7-10 days (depending on where you live) after the order is shipped, please place a new order and mention in the comment box that the first order is missing.

How to order

You don’t have to create an account with us to order. No credit cards are needed. 

1. Scroll up to the top of this page, click “add to cart,” then go to your shopping cart by clicking the little cart icon on the top right corner of the page.

2. Click “proceed to check out.” The next page is the “Billing Details” page. You will need to enter name, address, phone number, and email address.

3. Last step is to click “Place Order” on the right side of your name and address. You will receive one maybe two email confirmation/invoice from Amy’s Store LLC (amy@amyestore.com) so you know the order is received. Please check the “promotions” tab if you use gmail because my test order confirmation email went there. 

Usage of information collected

We ONLY use your information provided in the order to ship the free item to you. We won’t call you (the phone number is a required field built-in with the website and we don’t know how to disable it. It’s not required to get the free item. You can enter 123-456-7890 if you like).

DONOR SEEDS NO EXPRESS WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND AND, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCTS.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Recipient agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Donor and its directors, officers, trustees, employees and agents from and against any loss, injury, death, damage, liability, claim, deficiency, action, judgment, interest, award, penalty, fine, cost, fees and expenses (including reasonable attorney and professional fees and costs, and the cost of enforcing any right to indemnification hereunder) arising out of, occurring in connection with, or in any way relating to the Products.

EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE REQUIRED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL DONOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF, OCCURRING IN CONNECTION WITH, OR IN ANY WAY RELATING TO THE PRODUCTS, REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF RECIPIENT HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
