Tutorial–Felt Butterfly Hair Clips

An easy way to make this cute felt butterfly hair clip.

1. We use Sizzix bigz die – dogwood petal to cut the felt.

2. Take 2 piec petals. Overlay as shown.

3. Use the same method in our fabric bow tie bow tutorial. Fold in half the long way. Then fold in half again.

4. Wrap the bow center.

5. Glue a small piece of petal.

6. Or land a small butterfly on big one: overlay 2 small pieces of petals. Stitch them togehter.

7. Fold in half.

8. Wrap the thread several times and make a knot.

9. Flaten the petals, we got this cute small butterfly.

10. Attach the butterfly on a lined alligator clip. Done.
