How to Cut and Heat Seal Multiple Korker Pieces at a Time

Want to cut and heat seal multiple korkers at a time? Just use the glass template and the wood burning tool.

1. The glass in the picturer is from a small picture frame bought at Walmart for $0.5. It measures 4.5″x3.5″. Tape one of the ribbon ends on the glass using masking tape, wrap the korker as shown.

2. More masking tape to secure korkers, as shown.

3. Flip over. Leave approx. a 3/8″ margin at the edge, use wood burning tool with metal ruler to cut and heat seal ribbon at the same time. Flip over again and do the same.

4. Remove masking tape. Got 10 pieces (approx. 2.75″) of heat sealed ribbon korkers.
