How to Make Elmo and Cookie Monster Hair Clips

1. Use 3/8″ ribbon. Prepare 3″ 3D base.

3. 3/8″ black ribbon 

4. Wet the ribbon using fray check and
cut 

5. Glue month on head 

6. Use 2 layer 3/8″ ribbon to make a ribbon ball

7. Hot glue nose on head 

8. Hot glue eyes

9. Here is how to glue eyes–apply
enough hot glue to make eyes ‘stand up’. 

10. Same for Cookie Monster. 

11. Wet chocalate ribbon and cut the
cookie and chips, glue them on. 
12. Hot glue Elmo and Cookie Monster to lined clips
