How To Make Flower Hair Comb

1. Take a plain hair side comb.

2. Glue a piece of 5/8″ double ruffle ribbon using either glue gun or e-6000 as shown.

3. Glue small hair flowers (3″ Silk Geraniums or 2″ Cherry Blossom Hair Flower) on ruffle ribbon.
