13. Hot glue minibows on lined clips (Click here to see how to line clips.
14. Upper hair bow: Use 5/8″ ribbon & 1.5″ wide template, 1/4″ ribbon to wrap the center. Lower: Use 3/8″ ribbon & 1″ template, 1/8″ ribbon to wrap the center.
