Most pepper seeds germinate within 7-21 days but they need consistent 80-90 degrees temperature to ensure best germination. Soak the seeds in warm water overnight, wrap with damp paper towel, put in a small ziplock bag and tape it on top of the wifi router which provide the ideal temperature for germination.
